All orders are delivered free of charge using Postal Service and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are fully insured by Postal Service or ourselves (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for delivery depending upon the speed of mail service.
Deliveries to ITALY
uniquetimer.com is proud to offer free shipping on all orders except Italy. Shipments to Italy can only be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) or DHL. Deliveries to Italy is charged at a flat rate of $18.00
Incorrect shipping address provided
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by customer will be subject to additional charges. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unless the watch is faulty, we can not accept the return of watches that have been worn, personalised or had their bracelets adjusted.
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive a watch that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself.
